The Team

The team at Bournes Letting Services have specialist skills in lettings and property management that give our landlords better incomes, greater security and complete peace of mind. In fact many of our landlords have travelled with our founder, Michelle Gilbourne, for many years, to end up at Bournes Letting Services, because they can’t imagine putting their property in anybody else’s hands.

Professional Service

We’re utterly professional, with expert skills and qualifications that make us ideally qualified to handle property management services. Our entire team is trained in Money Advice, Welfare Rights and Housing. Our founder, Michelle Gilbourne, has been a Welfare Rights adviser since 1997 and a qualified Money Adviser since 2002.

We live and breathe property and tenant management. An average day might include visiting properties for rent, scheduling repairs and maintenance, working on pre-tenancy determinations and offering money advice to tenants - and we’re expert at them all!

Repairs and Maintenance

Property management is part of our process - we’re proactive in managing maintenance and if repairs are necessary we have a great network of key contractors who can deal with everyday property management services and emergencies alike.
